If you’re wondering where I’ve been, or simply why I’m not updating regularly anymore I am very sorry! For some time now I’ve been selling T-shirt designs through Spreadshirt.com; I design, they sell and make the shirt and ship it to the customer. This has been okay, but recently a colleague and I have decided to take it a step furthur (or closer might be a better description). I have been working my tail off building an e-commerce platform to sell our shirts from; and they have been busy bees getting the equipment and the business front established.

The bottom line is in a few weeks we plan to launch our new T-shirt business featuring Orkron designs (to start). Thanks for your patience while my attention is focused elsewhere. I promise to add a more content soon!

TERMS OF USE

I provide original source files available for download on this site. Using these files comes with certain restrictions. The following information explains how you can and cannot use Orkron Studio’s “Freebies” (free sources file including, but not limited to: digital brushes, icons, fonts, stock photography).

Important: The work provided for “free” by Orkron Studios is not “copyright free“. This is true for all files (and files within files) that I give away from this site. I own the the rights to all my work; this is very important to understand when downloading/using my files.

If you are unclear whether you have the right to use something for a particular project or not, get permission from me before hand and you will have no problems. If you violate my copyright terms I will seek full damages allowed by law. So make things easy and simply ask first if you aren’t sure.

The following is NOT permissable:

You may NOT share Orkron Studio’s original source files from your own site. This means simply, you can not download Orkron Studio’s original designs, upload them to your own host/server, and offer them as your own download, in whole or in part. In order to share my resources, you must link to the orkron.com page where the source file is located.

You may NOT adapt any of my original work to sell – this includes for instance, stock sites such as stock-photography sites, stock-vector sites etc.

You may NOT acquire any of my files, including compressed files such as ZIP files and offer them as your own.

You may NOT ever copy and paste one of my articles on your own site or to printed material. You may only feature an excerpt, and link to orkron.com for the original story.

The following IS permissible:

Use Orkron Studio’s artwork as a “tool” to create your own design work. Such use is granted for designing of website designs, cd covers, postcards, annuals, flyers, business cards, branding, . .

Use my work to teach yourself, and to become a better designer.

Take a screengrab of my site/work to host on your own server when referring to my work or source file. Do not try to “hot link” to my content from your own site. This includes images, downloadable content compressed, or not.

By using my files, content, or both you agree to these terms and conditions which are subject to change without notice. Violating these terms and conditions could and will result in punishment to the maximum extent under law.
