T-shirts at buytheshirt.com

One of the other design sites I created and manage is buytheshirt.com (come in we’re open!).  Currently the site is only about 1/4 full ‘cuz it’s hard damn work making designs for T-shirts and putting them on the site for sale!

Some of the designs are actually selling pretty well, while others still need to be discoverd!

This catagory, I will use to show off some of my favorite T-shirt designs, and give you a chance to order them if you like.

This week my two fav’s (one men’s and one women’s) are:

Clicking on an image will take you to the purchase page of buytheshirt.com.

WordPress.TV

wordpress_screenI’m a big fan of WordPress. Combined with my knowledge of CSS and my willingness to learn PHP, I enjoy learning new techniques to make the visitor’s experience better.

One downfall I have noticed is that though the knowledge-base is very large, and even searchable, the answers found within are written in a way that leaves me feeling a little queazy and wondering what to do. Usually though, I muster the motivation, lower my head and charge into the challenge (with mixed results).

Recently I discovered WordPress’ video tutorial site and fell in love with WordPress all over again. I can and do learn by reading instructions, but my favorite way to learn is to watch it being done so I can remember certain checkpoints and know I’m heading in the right direction.

WordPress.tv is filled with awesome, easy to understand (and follow) video tutorials for any level of blogger out there. I suggest you check them out at your earliest convenience!

Apple Logo Icon 256 x 256 (.png)

apple_previewI’m a PC user, not that I love Microsoft or anything; it’s just what I could afford from the start and it’s what I’ve stuck with throughout the years. I know there are a lot of Mac users who think that Macs are better for this work, and for a long time that was indeed true. However, in the last decade or so the playing field has leveled quite a lot, and with Intel making the new Mac chipsets, well… enough said!

All that aside, I appreciate Macs and know how much Mac users are Mac lovers (down boy!). And for that reason I have made this set of 9 (count ‘em, nine!) Mac logo Icons for any use – Put one in your fancy Leopord dock, or hack your iPod and use it there – If you like these, post a comment and tell me where you’re using them, and which ones.

I have a .zip file with all 9 PNG files for download, grab them all at once!
